Payment Info -
There are 3 simple transactions involved in your rental experience at Northwest River Camps.
- Pay Initial Deposit - a $400 Deposit is collected to hold your rental
- Pay Rental Rate - your full payment is due prior to Move In
- Security Deposit Refund - receive your remaining deposit back after you Move Out
Our preferred payment method is Venmo - it is free, simple to set-up, and there are no fees for either party.

1) Pay Initial Deposit -
A $400 Deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Once your deposit is received, we will block your dates on our availability calendar. To reduce the time it takes to receive your funds, we recommend using Venmo to make your payment.
Prior to arriving, your Initial Deposit may be refundable if you change your mind and decide not to join us this year. Refund amounts are based upon the # of days prior to your scheduled Move In:
- > 60 Days before Move in = 100% Refund
- < 60 Days before Move in = 50% Refund
- 30 Days or Less before Move in = Sorry, No Refund
2) Pay Rental Rate -
Your full rental rate is due prior to your arrival. For renters using Venmo, your payment is expected the Friday before you Move In. For all other payment methods, payment is due 1 Week before Move In.
Full Rental Rate includes your Rental, Additional Options, and Animal Fees.
Please remember, your deposit should not be deducted from your rental rate as it will be treated as your Security Deposit while you stay with us.
Additional Options - 1 Boatslip is available for weekly rental at a rate of $250. Please contact us for more information and to ensure that your boat or rental is compatible with our dock.
3) Security Deposit Refund -
As a reminder, when you arrived we converted your Initial Deposit into a Security Deposit. The $400 Security Deposit will be used to cover any damages, incidentals, or issues that arise during your stay.
It is our intent to issue you a Full Security Deposit Refund in a timely manner after you Move Out. If you paid via Venmo, we will send your Refund on the Monday after your Move Out. Other payment methods may take longer to return.
If for some reason, we need to make any deductions to your Security Deposit, we will contact you with details.
